  Fresh fruit is the ultimate natural energy bar.They have the perfect combination of vitamins,minerals,a simple sugar(fructose) and fiber. None of the fruits have cholestrol. Fruits are high in nutrients and low in calories and sodium. Fruits also have essential antioxidants.

The fiber combined with the sugar in the fruits will release energy over time, which will keep you feeling energetic for longer. Fibre especially soluble fibre in fruits reduces the cholesterol lovels, slows the absorption of catbs. Fibre can help with weight management.The fibre in fruit is helps to reduce the risk of colorectal cancer. NOTE: Eating fruits immediately after a meal is not advisable,as it may not be digested properly. The nutrients will not be absorbed properly. There should be atleast 20 minutes gap between the meal and a fruit snack.

TIPS 
Rinse all fruits in running water to remove dirt on its surface. Rinse the fruit even if you peel its skin. 
Scrub the surface of the fruit with a use of a vegetable scrubber.
Cut away any damaged,bruised dark spots of the fruits before eating.
