Healthy delicious and easy to make desert this can be taken as Breakfast / Dinner or even as a evening snack.One of my favorite healthy dessert is banana chia pudding - so tasty, simple and healthy enough to have it anytime of the day to satisfy Ur sweety tooth. This healthy,banana chia pudding is super easy to make and i am sure you will love it!.Believe me its amazingly delicious . I tried this chia pudding with coconut milk you can also add almond milk,soy milk,cashew milk or dairy milk milk as your wish. You can try it with any combination of you're choice. I soaked the chia seeds overnight in coconut milk. Chia seed ought to have extended and the pudding ought to be quite thick.
You can add apples raspberries, blueberries, apples apricot which ever fruit pleases you're taste buds over the pudding and sprinkle it with chopped walnuts almonds or pecans and for the flavor. I have used cinnamon powder, you can use any of you're favorite essence vanilla would go well with this pudding.

It's Super Easy And Super Delicious.

Ingredients For Banana Chia Pudding Are:

1. Chia seeds : chia seeds are the main ingredients soak the seeds in the water or in the milk for 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator. It will taste good even with the Greek yogurt. Next morning don't forget to stir the chia seeds . Chia seeds tends to get stick so keep steering the seeds.

2. Coconut milk : For better taste soak the chia seeds in coconut milk or any plant based milk, overnight to get a thicker consistency or at least for 20 minutes.

3. Bananas : Riper the bananas are, sweeter they will be. I used very ripe bananas because the bananas will be naturally sweet when they are ripe.Just slice the  bananas and add it on the pudding, you can try mashing the bananas and mix ir well with the chia and millk or simply add the slices.

4. Natural sweetness : Dates are naturally loaded with sugar and healthy too, for extra sweetness you can add honey or maple syrup.

5. Garnish-Dry Fruits : Top the pudding with any you're favorite nuts and raisins 

6. Optional Add-Ins-Flavor : I used cinnamon. You can go with any of the essence vanilla essence I mostly prefer for this pudding.

How to Serve Banana chia Seed Pudding:


When you're serving add a layer of the pudding, add a layer of banana slices, or any of your favorite fruits spoon in another layer of pudding, add another layer of fruits then add spoon in another fruits spoon in another layer of pudding and top it you're favorite fruits, nuts granola s and with Toasted Coconut Flakes Or cocoa chips. Better to be served chilled.

Chia seeds are packed with Omega 3 fatty acids,whereas coconut milk  is full of healthy fats, it is also antigenic.Most people who are allergic to dairy products and tree nuts can safely take coconut milk and bananas dates are loaded with dietary fibre and are naturally  sweet in taste  which aids in weight loss
