Diet Sodas were presented in the year 1950 for individuals who are attempting to control their weight and sugar admissions.
Diet Sodas have become a popular beverages across the world,especially who are diet conscious,who want to limit their calorie intake.

What happens if you drink Diet Lite cokes or sodas 

                         Sweeteners such as    Aspartame,Cyclamates,Acesulfamek Saccharin    are used to sweeten this beverage.            
    These beverages are labelled as "diet" or light" some of such familiar beverages are- Diet Coke,Pepsi Max, Coke Zero,Spirit Zero.
 
 Though they are free of Calories and Sugar,but they are loaded with sodium, preservatives,colour,acids such as malic phosphoric they can lead to erosion for your tooth enamel,caffeine,carbonated water they have hazardous side effects.Diet sodas are not nutritious 
It Increases the risk of Obesity,waist belly fat,glucose intolerannce and Metabollic disorders. It may sound diet friendly but it increases your appetite by stimulating hunger hormones and sweet taste receptors which will end u up in more craving of food,sweet and artificial sweeteners as they are 200 times more sweetener than normal sugar.These diet cokes affects your gut health
One of a researcher said that Aspartame(Artifical Sweetener) elevates the blood glucose and insulin in humans.
