ave you wondered how many biscuits u eat on your snack time and on your breakfast with your cup of tea and coffee .Who doesn't love biscuits ,we eat them and crave them!
U may think Digestive biscuits are healthy.Are you aware how it affects your body?
Digestive Biscuits do contain proteins and some dietary fibre and they are also loaded with edible oils and sugars which cause unwanted fat, some digestive biscuits are labelled as no sugar by adding artificial sweeteners which are 200 times sweeter than your regular sugar,which will affect your gut health.
Typically Biscuits are made from refined flour and palm oil which will affect lead to the increase of bad cholestrol and weight gain 
 Digestive biscuits are the the saltiest of all produced biscuits because of its sodium content.Too much of sodium in your diet is not good for your health and blood pressure. 
Sandwich biscuits such as Bournbon,Oreo has minimum 70 calories per biscuit  and many such cream biscuits and cookies  have got only high saturated fats,sugars hydrogenated oils,refined flour which all will lead to heart disease sugar spikes obesity,compared to these rich creamy biscuits and cookies Lite digestive biscuits made from whole wheat flour are a better option to keep some calories at bay, but it wont add any essential nutrients your body needs.                                    
 If you think Marie Biscuit is healthy u should know that six Marie biscuit has 140 calories 
You may find biscuits which are made from wholewheat oats and dryfruits claiming it to be healthier,they often contain even more sugar than the standard regular biscuit and most of these biscuits are made from hydrogenated fats,though it is labelled as fat free. 3 biscuits of oats biscuits has 120 calories 2g protein,3g fibre.
Biscuits and cookies are full of calories,although they have a bit of fibre,iron and  protein but it isn't healthy supplement.The contain calories are more than fibre and protein.Secondly the sodium level in certain biscuits are so high that they are not less than a deep fried dish.These biscuits are high in carbs!
These Cookies and Biscuits are highly processed and packed with preservatives to make them last for a longer period.They don't go bad so easily,irrespective of any weather condition.
    Biscuits and Cookies can be taken when you are doing streneous activities! Refrain from eating cookies if your leading a sedentary lifestyle.
